My sister and I took the train in from a visit in New Jersey so we arrived at Penn Station....a real bargain for seniors ($7)..... because of the nature of our visit (short trip with a baseball game to see a former student play) we stayed near Grand Central Terminal..... The Roosevelt Hotel turned out to be a delightful spot.... convenient and roomy..... not too pricey either.....
